Also, following the Mind-body app will show you all classes times and locations and allow you to register and sign in and pay for classes. 

 

All classes located at Elevation place (EP) are paid for and registered for through Elevation place. 

All BooTy® classes located in Canmore and Banff and Cochrane are paid for and registered for with Tara through the mind-body app or in person with cash. 

 

RISE is offered in Banff @Dance for Joy. It is a registered course but DFJ members can drop in using their passes and so can BooTy® participants use their passes.
